Dry Purple/ Green Sea Moss

Purple sea moss is considered a nutrient and mineral rich food and has varying purple piments. 
 
Green sea moss provides chlorophyll which helps the body improve health by assisting with building the blood, boosting energy, and helping to heal wounds. Use  sea moss gel in foods and skincare products. It helps to tighten the skin and minimize pores while adding minerals.
 
Store raw dry purple sea moss in cool dark place away from direct sunlight. To prepare as a gel soak for up to 24 hours in spring water, drain after being soaked and blend with fresh spring water to desired consistency, store in a glass container and keep refrigerated. The purple sea moss gel will last for 2-3 weeks in the fridge to be used on skin or added directly to smoothies, soups, and dishes as a thickening agent. Sea moss contains 92 of the 102 minierals the body needs.
 
Purple and Green Sea Moss may vary in pigment, therefore it may range from light to dark. However this does not compromise the quality and benefits of the product.
